We want to do the best job we can of preparing you for your experience as a Partners traveler. In order to do so we require your attendance and full participation at orientations. Aside from the Informational Session, all other orientations are MANDATORY.
Parents are welcome to attend the January Informational Orientation. One parent for each student is REQUIRED to attend the June Parent and Student Orientation. All other orientations are students only.

Group Presentation Learning Session REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS The date, time and location are tentative. Please check back for updated information.
Parent/Student Final Orientation REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS Applicants will practice the Thank You Presentation from 11:30-1:30. Parents are required to attend the orientation from 1:30-3:30 with their traveler.
Committee members will visit any applicant's home who are new to our program. Once application is submitted host family will be contacted by a committee member to schedule a visit.

Second session families will bring their tico/a to airport and say goodbye! It will be a very early morning, as the flight departs at 5:00 am - United #2082. Ticos need to be at the airport by 3:00 am!
